Aeodent provides Answer Engine Optimization services to dental practices in the United States
We offer a 100% refund if you request it within 24 hours of your original purchase
After the 24-hour period has expired no refunds will be provided except where required by applicable law
2 Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if your refund request meets all of the following conditions
- The request is submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase
- The purchase was made directly through Aeodent
- You provide sufficient information to identify your purchase
The refund applies to the full amount paid for the eligible purchase
3 Refund Requests After 24 Hours
Refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after the original purchase are not eligible for a refund
This applies regardless of whether the service has started or whether you have received any deliverables
Exceptions may apply where a refund is required by applicable law

Once your refund request has been approved we will initiate the refund using the original payment method where possible
The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution
Aeodent is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors
6 Service Results and Refunds
Aeodent does not guarantee specific search rankings website traffic leads patient inquiries revenue or other business outcomes
Changes in search engine rankings and AI-powered answer results are influenced by third-party platforms and factors beyond our control
A lack of specific marketing results does not automatically qualify for a refund outside the 24-hour refund period
7 Subscription Services
If you purchase a recurring service or subscription the 24-hour refund period begins at the time of the original purchase
Unless otherwise stated in writing each subsequent payment is treated as a separate purchase
Cancellation of a recurring service prevents future charges according to the applicable cancellation terms but does not automatically qualify previous payments for a refund
