This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which clients may cancel their purchases or ongoing services

2 Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of the original purchase

To cancel your purchase contact contact@aeodent.online with your purchase details

Eligible cancellation requests submitted within this period will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid

3 No Cancellation After 24 Hours

Cancellation requests submitted more than 24 hours after the original purchase will not be accepted

Once the 24-hour cancellation period has expired your purchase cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law

This policy applies regardless of whether Aeodent has started providing the service or delivered any work

4 How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation email contact@aeodent.online within 24 hours of your purchase

Include your full name your business name your purchase date and your payment reference

The time your email is received will determine whether your cancellation request was submitted within the permitted period

5 Recurring Services

For recurring services or subscriptions cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase

Unless otherwise stated in writing each subsequent payment is treated as a separate purchase

Cancellation requests submitted after the applicable 24-hour period will not be accepted

6 Service Results

Aeodent does not guarantee specific search rankings website traffic leads patient inquiries revenue or other business results

A lack of specific marketing results does not automatically qualify a client for cancellation or a refund outside the permitted cancellation period
